Easy to Eat Well
MAKING IT EASY TO EAT WELL

We continue to improve the way we provide health & wellness information and products, in an effort to help you feel more informed and confident about the food choices you make.
Our Easy to Eat Well slogan represents just that: a program that provides education, information and a healthy selection to make it “easy” for you to “eat well.”

Could also link to Recipes here.
Easy to Eat Well Column:
Every two weeks, we provide information on a particular health and nutrition topic, as well as profile new items. Our “Easy to Eat Well” column is located in our circular. In it, we also offer suggestions for how to use the products and ingredients with recipes and other tips. (Dawn / Ed: I will forward 13 columns, in PDF format, as a starting point. Ideally, someone will post the “new” column, every two weeks?)
Easy to Eat Well E-Newsletter:
Sign up for our weekly Easy to Eat Well E-newsletter. Here you will find “hot topic” health features, in-depth product reviews, more recipes and an Upcoming Events section. (Dawn / Ed: probably want to link to the e-newsletter link that I provided to Ed, which will allow customers who are interested to subscribe, as well as review the last quarter’s e-newsletters. )
Nutrition & Cooking Classes:
Each quarter, we host a Nutrition & Cooking class on a variety of current nutrition topics. These classes provide education on healthy food choices, while also covering label reading, ingredient review and FREE food sampling. You leave with recipes, brand recommendations and a full stomach! They are free of charge, so be sure to sign up quickly once announced, at the Customer Service counter of your store, as space is limited. . (Dawn / Ed: could post upcoming events here, if you decide to. Would require regular maintenance.).
Grocery Lists:
To make it easy, we have provided grocery lists on selected topics, to ensure that you find what you’re looking for and what fits your personal dietary needs.
Please Note: The following lists are merely intended to help point you in the right direction toward foods that will enhance your and your family’s health. While all effort has been made to generate a list that is fully comprehensive, it should be recognized that product ingredients change and new products enter the market daily, thereby making this list imperfect. Please use it responsibly, as a guideline for brands and relative items and, as always consult a doctor with questions about changes to your and your family’s eating plan and health.
